Using Our Online Store
- We accepts VISA, MASTER or DC for international shopping. Cash on Delivery is only for customers in Japan.
- The Online Store is the service available for individual users. For large orders or for business orders, please consult with your local stores.

■Sales Price
Indicated on each product’s page. The indicated price includes the sales tax. Delivery fee is not included.
■Shipping Rate
- 3,000 yen par order for internatinal shipping.
- 1,050 yen per order for shipping to Japan. *Handling fee, COD charge, and sales tax included. Free delivery on orders of 5,000 yen and over.
■Payment Methods
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (Not available for international shipping.)
- Credit Cards (The date of withdrawal of the payment is subject to credit card companies.)
■Time Frame of Delivery
The ordered items will be shipped out within 3 business days after the confirmation of orders.
■Return Policy
The ordered items may be returned by contacting us within 7 days after the delivery, then by returning them with a note indicating reasons for return. These returned items must be unopened and unused. The shipping fee shall be borne by the purchaser. After we receive the returned items, the refunds will be processed. Orders will be refunded to an account at a post office or a bank specified by the purchaser. Transfer charge may be subtracted.
[For defective or failed items]
Such items recognized as initially-failed products shall be replaced within one week after the delivery. (The shipping fee will be borne by Sunhayato.)
Any defects or failures found afterwards will be subject to the Sunhayato compensation regulation.
